Job Description
Job description
Product Manager Specialist II (Global Analytics Platform)
Your mission:
Act as a Product Manager, leading the strategic definition, discovery, and evolution of the roadmap for the study, analytical modeling, and deployment platform at Serasa Experian Brazil. This is where clients (banks, fintechs, retailers, insurers) build their own scores and models by cross-referencing their data with Serasa variables.
Work in complex contexts, being responsible for structuring solutions for critical problems, defining directions, and influencing strategic decisions in daily collaboration with global and regional teams.
We expect a strong consultative mindset, capable of translating challenges into scalable, high-impact, and data-driven solutions, acting as a strategic partner to business, commercial, technology, analytics, and other stakeholder areas.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Lead the strategy and execution of the Ascend Analytical roadmap in Brazil and influence the global roadmap.
- Lead the day-to-day of the dedicated full-stack squad (engineering, design, data, QA), maintaining delivery cadence and technical quality.
- Structure and refine the offering by JTBD (Jobs to be Done) together with the GTM and Client Facing teams. Define high-impact use cases, develop commercial materials for specific pain points, and validate offering models with real clients.
- Act as a partner to the Commercial team in conversations with enterprise clients (banks, retailers, insurers). Attend meetings, conduct POCs, translate JTBD into concrete proposals, and help close technical negotiations.
- Unblock critical dependencies, especially the corporate data path.
- Conduct integration with the global Ascend ecosystem, interacting with Experian Global teams in English.
- Operate management rituals and maintain executive visibility of progress for the GPM, VP, and other stakeholders.
Required profile:
- Solid experience in B2B platform products. Platform means you understand multi-tenancy, offering scalability, modularity, usage-based pricing, and the enterprise onboarding journey.
- Mastery of the credit cycle and analytical modeling. You read and discuss KS, AUC, ROC, score, segmentation, positive registry, behavior, and application. You don't need to have coded models, but you must have knowledge of the flow and applicability of these solutions.
- Previous experience with enterprise clients (banks, large retailers, insurers, mid-sized fintechs). Know how to conduct conversations with client legal departments, be familiar with long sales cycles, and structure POCs.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You will have regular meetings with Experian Global and international partners.
- 5+ years in product management, ideally with at least one experience leading a full-stack squad in a B2B product with significant revenue.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in a credit bureau, bank, or risk/credit analysis company.
- Previous experience in the model deployment cycle into production, ideally with integration into decision engines (Powercurve or equivalent).
- Familiarity with data lakes, feature stores, and cloud-based modeling environments.
- Experience in pricing and B2B product offering models.
Soft skills
- Political resilience, with the ability to conduct highly complex conversations with senior hierarchies in the Company.
- Analytical capacity. You decide with data, not opinion. You read funnels, retention, adoption, and model behavior in production.
- Squad leadership. Keeps engineering, design, and data engaged and productive. Does not delegate problems upward, does not micro-manage, and knows how to build context and shared priority.
- Autonomy (expected at the Specialist level). Defines roadmap, proposes pivots, interacts with clients, and sustains positions in executive meetings.
- Commercial bias. You like clients, attend sales meetings, and help close technical negotiations. You see the product as a business, not just an artifact.
