About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist II to take ownership of a digital data and analytics product. The position combines product vision, driving the customer lifecycle, and end-to-end responsibility for product results.

This is a senior specialist level, equivalent to management in scope and autonomy, without direct people management responsibility. Leadership is exercised through influence over technical squads, partner areas, and other business units.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary person responsible for the product, driving vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.

• Perform continuous discovery: market research, competitive analysis, and use case mapping.

• Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, working side-by-side with technical squads.

• Drive the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, and expansion), ensuring schedule and delivery quality.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (technology, CX, support, commercial) around product objectives.

• Be accountable for product metrics and results, including commercial and monetization aspects.

• Conduct communication with stakeholders: training, executive presentations, and alignment between areas.

• Support root cause analysis of incidents and establish preventive actions and process improvements.

• Translate AI opportunities into concrete experiences that increase operational efficiency and reduce analysis and decision time.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, governance, and approval needs related to AI features and use cases.

Requirements

• Solid experience in digital product management, ideally in data, analytics, or technology environments.

• Advanced/fluent English — ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and documentation in English.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple areas, without hierarchical authority.

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, including conducting training and presentations for leadership.

• Organized, resilient, and level-headed profile under pressure.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with B2B products and complex customer journeys.

• Familiarity with contract, pricing, and product monetization topics.

• Experience leading platform migrations or evolutions with an active customer base.

• Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled products, especially in contexts with human-in-the-loop, explainability, and assisted decision-making.
