Azure Cloud Engineer

Salary: $150 - $170 Phr Inc Super Ex Gst -Weekly Pays

Our client, an independent Federal Government agency that strives to encourage the sustainable growth of Australian industries including the delivery of a national innovation system to drive knowledge creation, international competitiveness and greater productivity, are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer.

Duties of the Azure Cloud Engineer:

• Develop enterprise level cloud platform architectures for MS Azure and M365.
• Develop high level solution architectures for cloud-based systems.
• Develop detailed architecture guidance for cloud engineers.
• Ensure that the enterprise and system solutions maintain adherence to whole-of-government standards.
• Provide technical guidance and input into the design and build of cloud-based systems.

Skills and Experience Required

• Cloud experience: Demonstrated experience in cloud-based solution implementation with technologies including: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus and Azure API Management.
• Azure DevOps for code development, management, repositories, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD deployments o Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Integrating cloud-based systems with third-party systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Azure networking, security and identity management capabilities including Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints and Role Based Access Control
