Banking & Finance Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Banking & Finance Associate to join our prestigious legal team in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex financial transactions and legal matters within the banking sector, providing expert advice and supporting our clients to achieve their financing objectives. Responsibilities: - Assist senior lawyers in structuring and negotiating banking and finance transactions. - Conduct thorough legal research related to banking regulations, finance laws, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia. - Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements. - Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in the banking and finance sector. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction. - Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting banking and finance law. - Support the preparation of legal opinions, memoranda, and reports related to finance transactions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization or strong focus on Banking and Finance. - Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia or eligible for licensure. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking and finance laws and regulations. - Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members. - Prior experience in a reputable law firm or financial institution is highly preferred. - Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
