Business Analyst (Banking)

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.

User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

- Maintain a backlog of requirements in tools such as Jira or Confluence.

- Ensure user stories are prioritized and refined in collaboration with product owners.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Develop test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on requirements and user stories.

- Support stakeholders during UAT, ensuring issues are logged and resolved.

- Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.

Technical Collaboration

- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.

- Support solution design by clarifying requirements and integration needs.

- Assist in defining data models, APIs, and system workflows where applicable.

- Participate in code reviews, testing discussions, and technical validation sessions.

Process & Documentation

- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to support solution delivery.

- Maintain documentation for requirements, system changes, and technical specifications.

- Support post-implementation reviews and knowledge transfer activities.

Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

- Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and requirement walkthroughs.
