Business Analyst (Bespoke Applications / AEM)

Salary: $5,500 – $7,500 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise IT and digital projects involving customized/bespoke applications and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with business users, technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, support solution design, testing and implementation, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.

• Conduct requirement workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows and functional specifications.

• Support the design and implementation of customized/bespoke enterprise applications.

• Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Support AEM and digital content management projects, including requirements and functional discussions.

• Participate in SIT, UAT, implementation and production readiness activities.

• Review and validate system functionality against approved requirements.

• Manage requirement changes and assess impact on project scope.

• Coordinate with business users, solution architects, developers and vendors.

• Prepare and maintain project, requirements and testing documentation.

• Ensure project activities comply with SDLC, IT security and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT/software projects.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and functional documentation.

• Experience with customized/bespoke enterprise applications.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.

• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, user stories and process modelling.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

• Knowledge of SQL and Excel would be advantageous.

• BA certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP or PMI-PBA would be advantageous.

• Experience supporting Singapore Government projects would be an advantage.
