Business Analyst / ERP Consultant (Odoo Specialist)

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / ERP Consultant to lead Odoo implementations and help clients improve their business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP workflows, inventory and accounting integration, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, configuration, and validation of end-to-end ERP processes, including purchasing, inventory, sales, and accounting.

• Validate Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows, including landed costs, three-way matching, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable aging.

• Configure automated inventory valuation using AVCO/FIFO and ensure inventory movements generate accurate accounting entries.

• Set up the Chart of Accounts and Analytic Accounting segments, and reconcile inventory balances with the general ledger.

• Prepare and validate system requirements for CAS and POS accreditation, fiscal year-end closing, and opening balances.

• Manage project scope, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide clients toward standard Odoo solutions.

• Work toward three-month go-live targets while maintaining implementation quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accountancy, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation.

• Experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of financial controls, inventory and accounting integration, and project scope management.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Holds an Official Odoo Functional Certification or is willing to obtain it within the first six months.

• Available to start as soon as possible is an advantage.
