About the role:

• Demonstrate experience with business process mapping and reengineering

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements

• Act as an interface between business functions, technology and support teams

• Have proven experience with gap and workflow analysis

• Document and analyse required information and data

• Understand technical designs as well as the specifications

• Get exposed to multiple diversified clients and domains

• Challenge the norm and have the freedom and support to think outside the box

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients

You will have:

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analyses experience.

• Business Analyst Certifications are highly desirable such as BABOK or CBAP.

• Strong business analysis background, with an ability to grasp the big picture.

• Diverse project background, and the ability to work within a consulting and client-facing environment.

• Exceptional client interaction, commercial and relationship management.

• Analyse business requirements and recommend solutions.

• Produce high-quality requirement specifications.

• Agile methodology experience would be a bonus.
