Business Analyst - Junior
Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 per month
About the role
This is a Business Analyst role focused on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will work with development and product teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented, while identifying system integration requirements and recommending process improvements.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Assist in defining system configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements in coordination with the development team
Review existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Identify system integration requirements and compliance considerations
Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented
Analyze technical issues, identify recurring problems, and recommend possible solutions
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations of business analysis findings
Communicate key insights, project updates, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Support system testing and validation to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology-related industry
Good understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation
Familiarity with software development processes and system integration
Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in fintech or software development is an advantage
