Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience with data platforms and warehousing. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the data solutions meet business needs. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, supporting data migration projects, and working with tools such as Databricks and data lakes to enhance our data capabilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of data management processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required skills include proficiency in BRDs, FRDs, data analytics, data warehousing, and experience with EDP.
