Day-to-day responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of card applications, including data entry and verification.
- Support card activation, maintenance, and closure processes.
- Help resolve customer inquiries and issues related to card transactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the monitoring and reconciliation of card-related transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve card product features and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to card operations and performance metrics.
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard card processing software and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Card Center Manager or other senior staff.

- We're looking for students who is able to start their internship with duration more than 4 months.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Preferably final year & final semester student.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
