Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Manufacturing Carpenter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and furniture for residential and commercial use. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a passion for creating high-quality cabinetry.



Requirements

Cabinet Fabrication and Assembly

· Construct, assemble, and finish cabinets, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

· Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, laminates, and other materials with precision.

· Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and handles accurately.

Blueprint and Technical Drawing Interpretation

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.

· Ensure all measurements and dimensions align with customer specifications.

Quality Assurance

· Inspect completed cabinets and furniture for defects or inconsistencies.

· Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Workflow Management

· Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to meet project deadlines.

· Suggest improvements in processes or designs to enhance efficiency and quality.


Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in woodworking or carpentry preferred).

· At least 3 years of experience in cabinet making or woodworking.
