Chief Resident Architect
Qualifications & Requirements
● Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architect, Singapore
● Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore
● Minimum 20 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional
● At least 15 years on projects similar in size and complexity: major construction works in buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation
● Proficient in contract administration with PSSCOC (Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract)
● Conversant with Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) requirements, and Workplace Safety & Health Manual
Key Duties & Responsibilities
● Provide overall team direction and management to realise project objectives as required by the Superintending Officer and consultants
● Oversee and administer QSS manpower deployment based on main contractors' work schedules
● Ensure welfare of all personnel under supervision
● Endorse daily, weekly and monthly progress reports submission.
● Proficient in contract administration and PSSCOC compliance
● Lead overseas inspections for architectural components and suppliers.
Preferred / Advantageous
● Familiarity with Changi Aerodrome Manual and airside operations preferred
