· Lead and manage buildingconstruction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery withintimeline, budget, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor site progress,resolve technical and construction issues, and ensure project milestones aremet.
· Oversee designcoordination, shop drawing submissions, material approvals, and authorityclearances.
Job Requirements
· Degree in CivilEngineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science,or a related discipline recognized by BCA Singapore.
