PROJECT MANAGER

Summary

Manage construction of landed housing projects in Singapore, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with BCA regulations, safety standards, and project timelines/budgets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the construction of landed housing projects, including bungalows and semi-detached houses.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

Qualifications:

  • Must possess BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects.
  • Must be familiar with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
