Customer Program Manager $4K - $6K + VB (up to 1.5 months) Near DTL: Tampines / Upper Changi (Precision / Manufacturing Industry)

Summary

Coordinate high-precision engineering projects between clients, suppliers, and manufacturers, managing schedules, budgets, and technical milestones for complex components.

Key Duties

· Bridging Clients, Engineering Teams, and Manufacturing to deliver complex, high-precision projects — from design and prototyping through to production and delivery

· Serve as primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and program updates

· Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for precision engineering programs

· Collaborate with NPI, manufacturing, and QA teams to hit project milestones and objectives

· Monitor program progress; resolve technical and logistical issues quickly

· Provide technical input on CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology processes

· Oversee prototype development and design-for-manufacturability reviews

· Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components

· Ensure adherence to tight quality and tolerance standards; coordinate testing, validation, and inspection

· Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to stakeholders

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field

· Minimum 3 years' experience in Program / Project Engineering

· Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materials

· Strong project management skills (MS Project or similar)

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

· Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and high-precision measurement tools (advantageous)

· Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD (advantageous)

· Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards (advantageous)

· Program / Account Management experience in Semiconductor, Aerospace, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences (advantageous)
