About the Role

Onestep Recruiting Solution Nigeria Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of its client in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, support financial transactions and resolve service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media and in-person channels.
• Assist with account opening, registration, verification and onboarding.
• Explain financial products, services, fees and terms to customers.
• Resolve complaints and service-related issues.
• Handle enquiries about deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans and investments.
• Investigate failed, delayed or disputed transactions and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide accurate account and transaction information.
• Verify customer identities and follow account security procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years' relevant experience in the financial industry or a related field.
• Proven track record in business growth, profitability and lead conversion.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
