• as a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the frontline hero, delivering exceptional B2B customer support. You'll assist business clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience;


• provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat;


• accurately identify account holders and verify account information;


• ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines and procedures;


• maintain a high standard of professionalism and support excellence;


• deliver fast and effective resolutions to customer concerns;

requisitos/requirements

• fluent in Spanish & English (C1 level, spoken and written) - Essential.


• high School diploma (mandatory).


• minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience with a strong customer-centric approach (mandatory).


• excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.


• ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.


• high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

oferta/offer

• base salary: ?920/month


• complexity bonus: ?25/month


• meal Allowance: ?7.63/day


• transport allowance: ?50/month

• schedule: monday to sunday - 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts


• days Off: 2 rotational days per week


• Location: Lisbon (Oriente) - On-site position
