ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist – English Language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for English-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by chat and emails.

Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.

Following operational procedures in every contact with the customers.

Fluent-level in English (spoken and written).

Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, online entertainment, Fintech, or similar industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based office environment.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the iGaming industry.

Experience with live chat platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing tools.
