Cybersecurity Project Manager (North East Location)
Summary
Oversee cybersecurity projects like penetration testing and red teaming, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and Bespoke Security Assessments.
- Develop project plans, manage schedules, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align project execution with client requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and tool licensing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Track project progress, manage documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4 - 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within cybersecurity, IT, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity concepts, particularly Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, and Vulnerability Assessments.
- Strong experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
