Summary
A data analyst/BI specialist who processes, analyzes, and integrates operational and financial data from the Accurate ERP system and departments (procurement, warehouse, sales, logistics) to build dashboards, KPI reports, and inventory/distribution insights. Core stack: Accurate, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Python/R.
Salary: Rp 2.500.000 – Rp 3.500.000 per month
About the role
PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia (Batara Group) is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented candidate with strong data processing capabilities to join as a Data Analyst & Business Intelligence specialist. This position is responsible for processing, analyzing, and integrating operational and financial data from the Accurate system and various departments to produce reports, dashboards, and insights that support operational efficiency, inventory optimization, distribution effectiveness, and data-driven business decision-making.
Key responsibilities
Process, analyze, and integrate transaction data from the Accurate system with operational data from Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics departments
Analyze warehouse inventory, including ABC Analysis, stockout, slow-moving, dead stock, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP)
Monitor item availability to fulfill Sales Orders (SO) and identify procurement and order fulfillment constraints
Analyze distribution performance, including Cost per Delivery, Load Factor, delivery lead time, and delivery accuracy and completeness
Develop interactive dashboards and reports to monitor business KPIs, including Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, OTIF, Inventory Turnover, and HPP/COGS
Develop data models to integrate information from various departments for consistent use in reporting and business analysis
Automate data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and integration from Accurate to spreadsheets, databases, or BI tools as needed
Perform reconciliation of warehouse and shipping operational data with transaction data and financial values in the Accurate system
Identify trends, data inconsistencies, cost inefficiencies, and business process obstacles, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations
Coordinate with relevant departments to understand analysis needs, ensure data accuracy, and support management decision-making
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
1–3 years of work experience in Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Reporting, or related data analysis roles
Understanding of distribution business processes, Supply Chain Management, inventory control, procurement, warehouse, and logistics
Experience using the Accurate system, particularly Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and General Ledger modules
Ability to process and analyze data using Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
SQL proficiency for data retrieval, joining, and processing from databases
Ability to use Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools to create dashboards and data visualizations
Understanding of data modeling fundamentals, Data Warehouse, and ETL/ELT processes for data integration
Knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning and data manipulation
Understanding of distribution and inventory performance indicators, such as OTIF, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Lead Time, Safety Stock, ROP, and HPP/COGS
Analytical capability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate analysis results systematically
Ability to communicate and coordinate with various departments
Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta
