Job Description

• Proactively research, communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and manage minimal supervision to ensure seamless handover processes and alignment across teams.
• Analyse large volumes of raw data, transforming complex details into clear, logical narratives suitable for diverse audiences.
• Develop and evaluate multiple strategic scenarios, clearly articulating their pros and cons to collaborate effectively with SMEs and select the optimal solution.
• Leverage available resources and apply internal best practices to craft effective solutions.
• Pay close attention to processes and workflows, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for experimentation and adaptability to change, embracing new ideas and approaches.
• Exhibit resilience and resourcefulness, capable of independently identifying solutions in dynamic environments without direct guidance.
• Strive to minimize rework by identifying potential issues early and implementing preventive measures to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain a strong sense of curiosity, translating it into innovative approaches for problem identification and resolution.
• Recognize and define problems effectively, developing tools and solutions to deliver results under uncertain and challenging conditions.
• Possess deep knowledge of at least one sector, with the ability to effectively demonstrate expertise to clients or stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Fluent communication skill in English
• Excellent skill with Excel, PPT
• Knowledge of commercial and finance
• Able to use AutoCAD will be plus
• Over 5 years experiences in 3PL Operation
• Need to travel to different site to conduct site survey or implementation
