Design Consultant

Sun Design Remodeling Specialists has an exciting new opening for a Salesperson to join our team! The Salesperson is a valuable member of a unique team that is on a mission to deliver WOW through service. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, a great attitude, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.

This position involves:

* Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets

* Maintaining gross profit margins

* Following the Sun Design sales system

* Converting leads into design agreements, then into construction contracts

* Estimating projects and writing construction contracts

* Working with our in-house architect, designers, and production crews

Minimum Requirements: Salesperson must be a top performer, have a fantastic attitude, and a willingness to learn. Salesperson must also have proven experience in residential remodeling with the ability to estimate, sell, manage and help design/engineer residential construction projects. Sandler sales system; familiarity with remodeling/construction; strong computer knowledge; excellent organizational skills; and attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements: Proven professional design/build background in residential environment.
