We are seeking a Designer with 5+ years experience in residential remodeling. We need a team player who puts customer service first, has strong leadership abilities, is adept at project management/client interactions, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
The Designer should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling, with a strong emphasis on Kitchen & Baths, Interiors, and Structural change.
This position involves:
- Leading a team of designers (CAD/Selections/Architect) through a wide variety of residential remodeling projects using our Design/Build process, including: interpreting the design wishes of the client;
- Create innovative solutions while balancing client priorities and budget
- Monitoring daily progress of the team;
- Providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership in order to present design concepts and value to clients through innovative design;
- Generating interior/exterior finishes using CAD system;
- Preparing material estimate; and assisting our production team to resolve design and product issues through the completion of the project.

Minimum Requirements: 5+ years experience; a degree in Interior Design/Design; advanced knowledge of and proficient in Kitchen & Bath, Structural design and CAD operations; thorough technical understanding of residential remodeling; superior design skills and the ability to deliver practical, cost effective solutions, and creative/innovative design; and sound knowledge of residential planning issues and building regulations.
Preferred Requirements: Proficiency in Chief Architect Premier X9; Experience in the Design/Build business model; Certified in kitchen and bath, exterior and interior design (i.e. CKD, CKB, ASID, Registered Architect)
