Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Resolve employee IT issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech qualification is compulsory.
• 02 - 03 years of experience in desktop/IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, and basic networking.

Location - Hyderabad ( NRSC-Shadnager )
