Job Overview

TOS is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain desktop systems and IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users.
• Install and configure Windows OS and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Handle user account creation and password resets.
• Assist with basic networking and system administration tasks.
• Maintain IT asset records and support documentation.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
