Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our users, ensuring that all desktop systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for desktop hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. - Configure and maintain Outlook for users, ensuring proper email functionality and user access. - Manage DHCP and DNS settings to ensure seamless network operations. - Assist in the administration of Active Directory, including user account management and permissions. - Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. - Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience. Required Skills: - Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting. - Strong knowledge of Outlook configuration and management. - Familiarity with DHCP and DNS protocols. - Experience with Active Directory administration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
