We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant to join an international customer experience team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this on-site role, the successful candidate will use their Dutch and English language skills to provide expert solutions to customers and contribute to a dynamic, multicultural team.
Sofia is the capital and largest city of Bulgaria. It offers a rich history and a vibrant culture, and it is a fast-growing hub for international businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English, providing accurate and effective solutions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Follow established procedures and quality guidelines
Working Schedule
- Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00–22:00
- Shift-based schedule within operating hours
