Ejecutivo de Operaciones Multimodal - Forwarder

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and support the operational needs of our Ocean Freight Import & Export division, with a primary focus on U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on ocean import and export shipments.
• Manage operations United States.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and customers.
• Monitor shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Ocean Freight / Maritime Logistics, preferably in Import & Export operations.
• Knowledge of international logistics and shipping documentation.
• Experience handling U.S.-related operations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English proficiency required for communication with customers, suppliers, and partners in the U.S.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
