Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Planning and Campaign Management

- Develop and execute the festival marketing calendar, covering pre-launch, launch, event operations and post-event publicity.

- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns for families, young adults, tourists and corporate groups.

- Coordinate advertising, promotions and content releases against agreed timelines and budgets.

- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve reach, engagement and attendance.

2. Branding and Creative Coordination

- Maintain a consistent festival identity across all visitor and partner touchpoints.

- Prepare creative briefs and coordinate the production of key visuals, advertisements, videos, brochures and promotional materials.

- Review artwork, messaging and translations for accuracy and brand consistency.

- Coordinate on-site branding, including entrance graphics, directional signage, booth branding, stage backdrops and photo opportunities.

- Manage artwork approvals and production deadlines with designers, printers and contractors.

3. Digital Marketing and Content

- Manage the festival’s social media content calendar and coordinate posts, short videos, stories and event updates.

- Coordinate paid digital campaigns with appointed agencies or media buyers.

- Keep the event website, ticketing pages and visitor information accurate and updated.

- Develop content highlighting performances, cultural activities, food offerings and festival experiences.

- Monitor audience enquiries and coordinate timely responses with the operations team.

4. Public Relations and Influencer Engagement

- Coordinate media releases, media invitations, previews and interview arrangements.

- Work with PR agencies, media partners, content creators and influencers to generate coverage.

- Prepare media kits, event factsheets and approved publicity materials.

- Coordinate photography and videography, ensuring key programmes and sponsor commitments are captured.

5. Partnerships and Sponsor Marketing

- Develop joint promotions with Sentosa stakeholders, hotels, attractions, travel partners and community organisations.

- Coordinate sponsor branding, promotional entitlements and campaign deliverables.

- Ensure partner logos and acknowledgements follow approved guidelines.

- Track marketing commitments and compile evidence of delivery for sponsors and partners.

6. On-Site Marketing and Reporting

- Support media visits, influencer hosting, promotional activities and live content coverage during the festival.

- Coordinate urgent visitor announcements with the Senior Events Manager.

- Track marketing expenditure, supplier invoices and campaign results.

- Prepare a post-event report covering audience reach, engagement, ticket conversions where applicable, media coverage and recommendations.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related discipline.

- Preferably 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, consumer campaigns, tourism, entertainment or lifestyle branding.

- Strong writing, content planning and project coordination skills.

- Experience managing social media platforms and paid digital campaigns.

- A good eye for design, brand consistency and visitor-facing communication.

- Ability to manage agencies, creative suppliers and multiple deadlines.

- English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for coordinating Chinese-language content and partners.

- Willing to work on-site, including evenings, weekends and public holidays during key campaign and festival periods.
