Job Summary

The flexographic printing machine operator is responsible for operating and setting up high-speed flexo printing machines to deliver high-quality printed products. The role demands strong technical competency in machine calibration, cliché mounting, and ink control to ensure consistent print quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed flexographic printing machines.
• Perform full machine setup, calibration, and job changeovers.
• Accurately mount clichés and ensure precise register control.
• Monitor and control ink viscosity and consistency throughout production runs.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure print quality meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards at all times.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in flexographic printing.
• High proficiency in cliché mounting, ink viscosity control, and machine setup/calibration.
• Experience working on high-speed flexographic printing lines.

Work Conditions

Must be able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
