Job Summary

The blown film extrusion operator is responsible for the efficient operation, start-up, monitoring, and troubleshooting of blown film extrusion lines. The role requires strong technical expertise in co-extrusion processes and internal bubble cooling (IBC) systems to ensure consistent product quality and optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blown film extrusion lines in line with production plans.
• Perform co-extrusion line start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Set, monitor, and control film gauge and bubble stability.
• Operate and troubleshoot internal bubble cooling (IBC) systems.
• Identify and resolve process and quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and quality teams to support continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in blown film extrusion.
• Proven expertise with internal bubble cooling (IBC) systems.
• Strong experience in co-extrusion line start-up, gauge control, and troubleshooting.

Work Conditions

Must be able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
