Responsibilities:
Design and document game features end-to-end: core mechanics, meta systems, and progression.
Own game balance and economy tuning — configure values, model progression curves, and iterate.
Create clear, actionable design documentation (GDDs, feature specs, flowcharts) for developers and artists.
Research market trends and competitor titles in the hybrid casual space to generate feature ideas.
Set up and tune content in Unity (levels, configs, ScriptableObjects) — no coding required, but hands-on work in the editor is expected.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a game designer on mobile projects, ideally hybrid casual or casual.
Strong generalist skill set: comfortable with systems design, level design, economy balancing, and UX flows.
Solid understanding of F2P monetization and retention mechanics.
Hands-on experience with Unity editor (scenes, prefabs, configs).
Proficiency with spreadsheets for balancing and economy modeling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences.

Nice to have:
Shipped at least one hybrid casual or casual title.
Experience with level design tools or procedural content.
