Head of IT (Manufacturing)
Description
Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿120,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT operations and technology delivery across the organization.
Partner with business owners and management to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
Drive ERP implementation, AI adoption, software development, and automation solutions.
Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
Oversee application development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve business operations.
Manage and develop the IT team, including Software Development and Infrastructure.
Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and service providers.
Establish IT strategies, standards, and cybersecurity practices to support business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT, Software Development, Digital Technology, or related fields, with proven IT management experience.
Proven experience in ERP systems, including ERP selection, budgeting, implementation, and system enhancement. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Odoo is an advantage.
Experience leading and managing both Software Development and IT Infrastructure teams.
Strong understanding of IT strategy, technology planning, and budget management.
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or family-owned businesses would be an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
