  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases/documentation

  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

  • Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hospital standards

  • Coordinate administrative operations including housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management

  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory records

  • Handle employee queries and resolve basic HR/admin concerns

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational documentation

  • Support smooth day-to-day hospital administrative operations



Requirements

  • MBA in HR / Healthcare, MHA, or relevant qualification

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or hospital operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and HR processes

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HIS, and reporting tools

  • Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
