HR Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team at an automation company located in Borivali, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various platforms including Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and referrals. The HR Recruiter will screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with technical and departmental heads. Additionally, the recruiter will handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes. Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases is also a key responsibility. The successful candidate will be recruiting for profiles such as Automation Engineer, PLC/SCADA Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer, and Sales Engineer. Required skills include strong communication abilities, sourcing and screening expertise, negotiation skills, and effective recruitment coordination.
