About the Role
Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Consultant to support consulting assignments across recruitment, payroll administration, employee documentation, performance management, and HR advisory services for multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and professional networks
* Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Support performance management systems, employee appraisals, and talent development initiatives
Requirements
* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations
* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
