Hiring: HR Specialist
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
• HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a structured, production-driven environment
• Only candidates with proven manufacturing experience will be considered

Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Handle employee relations and HR operations
• Support workforce management in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Support day-to-day HR administrative functions
