About the Role

Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Consultant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
• Conducting performance appraisals and career development planning
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Providing HR consultancy services to internal departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
