The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance testing, specifically within Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). As an HRMS QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of our HRMS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for HRMS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
