HRMS Tester

We are seeking a skilled HRMS Tester to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our HR software solutions. As an HRMS Tester, you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and develop test plans. You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that all functionalities meet the specified requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in delivering high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for HRMS applications. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on system functionality. - Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users. - Maintain documentation of test results and provide reports to stakeholders.
