HRMS Tester

We are seeking a skilled HRMS Tester to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our HRMS applications. Role Summary: As an HRMS Tester, you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, focusing on the testing phase to ensure that our HRMS solutions meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand the requirements and create comprehensive test plans and cases. Your expertise in HRMS testing will help identify defects and ensure that the system performs as expected. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for HRMS applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand system functionalities. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HRMS applications and their functionalities. - Proven experience in software testing, particularly in HRMS environments. - Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
