Human Resources Coordinator - Tlajomulco de Zuñiga Jalisco

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to lead and support key HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely hiring.

• Coordinate onboarding and integration programs for new hires and internal promotions.

• Partner with managers and employees on employee relations and HR-related matters.

• Manage payroll-related incidents, attendance, leave requests, and personnel movements.

• Track and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, hiring metrics, and employee engagement.

• Support employee experience, organizational climate, and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in a Generalist HR, HRBP, or HR Coordinator role.

• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and personnel administration.

• Experience managing and interpreting HR metrics and KPIs.

• Advanced English proficiency.
