You will handle inquiries related to travel and airline processes, assisting customers with their bookings, changes, and any issues they may encounter. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in resolving customer concerns and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through voice communication to address inquiries and provide support related to international travel and airline services. - Assist customers in navigating the booking process, making changes to existing reservations, and resolving any issues that arise. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information. - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. - Experience in international voice processes or BPO environments is preferred. - Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism. - Familiarity with travel and airline processes is a plus. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer management.
