IT Executive

Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,000 per month

IT Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems and end-user support

Job Descriptions:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Provide technical support to staff by resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, and backup systems

• Set up new user accounts, permissions, and equipment by managing onboarding and offboarding of IT assets

• Perform regular system updates and patches to safeguard IT assets; maintain IT asset inventory and documentation, including licenses, warranties, security checks, company data, and equipment records

• Assist in implementing and maintaining data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity procedures

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, and technical support

• Provide training and guidance to staff on the proper use of IT systems and tools

Job Requirement:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Candidates who hold relevant certificates (eg: CompTIA A+/Network, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft/ Cisco certifications) will be an added advantage

• More than a year of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or system administration role

• Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations and internship experience are encouraged to apply

• Primarily office-based; may require occasional travel between company sites or branches

• May require after-hours or on-call availability for urgent IT issues or system maintenance

• Physical tasks may include lifting or moving IT equipment or working in server rooms

• Possess own transport to work at Bukit Raja, Klang
