The opportunity
As a IS Digital Enablement Analyst, you will play a key role in facilitating the successful adoption of modern digital solutions across the schools, colleges, and office that make up Toowoomba Catholic Schools. Working across a diverse range of stakeholders, you will drive the adoption of approved technologies, build digital capability and identify opportunities for innovative ways of working that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and user experience.
In this highly collaborative role, you will establish and lead cross-functional working groups and communities of practice, bringing people together to share knowledge, foster continuous improvement, and maximise the value of our digital systems.

About you
Tertiary qualification at Bachelor level in education, or Information Technology or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Effective relationship building and influencing skills.
A strong understanding of various digital tools and technologies, such as the Microsoft suite of M365 products, Learning Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Literacy, Student Information Systems and content creation tools within an education environment.
A current Class C driver licence and the willingness to travel as required.
Either hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role.
Previous experience working in an education context will be highly regarded.
Proven experience in change management, project management and training users in enterprise applications is desirable.
