IT Assistant
Summary
Day-to-day application support role at a Hong Kong beverage group: assisting users with Oracle ERP and e-commerce platforms, performing data validation and basic SQL queries, and using Excel and AI-powered tools for analysis and troubleshooting.
Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including Oracle ERP and e-commerce platforms.
- Assist users with system enquiries, business processes, and data-related issues.
- Perform data validation, data maintenance, and basic SQL queries when required.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency, data analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and other tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in application support, ERP support, business systems support, IT support, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, data validation, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
