What You’ll Do

• Support employees with hardware & software issues

• Install & maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes

• Learn and apply AI tools in IT tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Fresh graduates welcome!

• Basic knowledge of OS, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills

• Interest in cybersecurity and AI tools
