Job Details: We are hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst for corporate office to lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, optimize SAP/financial systems, and manage milestones.
POSITION: Senior IT Business Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Corporate Office Deployment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit complex business requirements, process flows, and enterprise use cases
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into comprehensive functional architecture designs
Evaluate complex enterprise workflows to drive process optimization, automation, and SAP system efficiency
Partner with project managers to establish project timelines, monitor deliverables, and proactively mitigate risks
Author training materials, lead end-user bootcamps, and perform quality validation testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Direct, hands-on experience with SAP applications or enterprise Financial Systems
Proven track record in project milestone management, functional solution design, and user training
