IT Business Analyst

Salary: ₱75,000 – ₱80,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking industry. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements

• Analyze and improve business processes

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions

• Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

• Assist in data analysis and solution design

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry

• At least 3 years of experience in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD)

• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Good communication skills
